We can delve into those thoughts, create a canvas where we can create a better thought space in. Let’s begin a new chapter.

Every pregnancy is different so I will tailor my support to your needs.

  • You will have full access to me via text, phone call, facetime (WhatsApp)

  • All of this will all be done over 2 antenatal appointments. (approximately 2.5 hrs. per appointment)

  • Each visit I also provide a little nourishment for YOU.

labour & birth support

As your doula I can be a valuable support during labour and birth. I will provide you with continuous support and guidance during your labour & birth. From the moment your labour begins, I will offer you and your partner emotional encouragement, reassurance, and a calming presence. I will create a safe environment where the birthing mother feels empowered and confident. Through my extensive knowledge of comfort measures and relaxation techniques, I help manage pain and discomfort, utilising various positions, massage, breathing techniques, and visualisation exercises. I will also help facilitate effective communication between the labouring mother, your partner, and medical professionals, ensuring that preferences and choices are respected. I will always provide evidence-based information, allowing you and your family to make informed decisions about your birth experience.

Ultimately, I will be there to provide you with unwavering support, empower both parents, and help foster a positive and memorable birthing journey.

What does the big event look like for you?

  • Be on call for you from 38 weeks - unlimited 24/7 days a week communication.

  • Ensuring your birth plan is fully understood.

  • Ensure all medical health professions are aware of your birth plan.

  • Packing your birth / postpartum bag

  • Provide you with a personalised checklist you need for those last-minute items on the way out the door.

  • You will have full access to birth support equipment:

  • My FULL support with the help of a backup doula who will be briefed on your birth in case of emergency - you can opt to meet her at your request.

postpartum support

During the postpartum period, I can provide you with support and guidance as you navigate the transition into parenthood. My role as your doula extends beyond the labour and delivery support. I ensure that you are adequately cared for and supported during the early weeks/ month after giving birth during my visits. Whether it's helping you with breastfeeding challenges, sharing information about newborn care, or providing emotional support. I will be there to lend a helping hand, Even assist you with light household chores, or offering a listening ear to discuss any concerns or anxieties you may have. Most importantly be there to debrief your birth.

My goal is to help create a nurturing environment that helps you heal, bond with your baby, and adjust smoothly to your new role as a parent. As a mother of 3 this was such a vital period, the FOURTH trimester. Where all I knew I had to do was be present with my baby & family. Not bounce back to the daily grind.

What’s provided during this time?

  • x2 Two-hour visits (or can be broken up into 1-hour visits) that will entail.

  • Postpartum meal drops off that will be organised for delivery within the first 24-72 hours post birth - This can be a drop of at your desired location - hospital or home, then 2 more with visits.

  • Birth debriefs - within the first 2 weeks postpartum - as part of a 2-hour visit.

  • Warm womb massage

  • Moxa womb healing

  • Shoulder/ Neck relaxation massage

  • Postpartum acupressure for you & baby

  • Herbal Foot Soak with massage

  • Quick one-handed snacks

  • Belly Binding - Benkung warp

  • Lactation Tea made with 100% organic herbs prepared by me.

  • Lactation balls or Cookies (handmade)

  • Light housework

  • I can entertain a sibling whilst you get some rest or pop out for a stroll, shower you chose.

This package will provide you with all the knowledge & prep you need to achieve your desired birth with my support during your labour & birth - includes a postpartum birth debrief.

Nourish Me & My Soul Package

(Postpartum support)

This package will give you the support of:

  • x3 approx. 3 hours visits

  • Birth debriefs

Inclusive of a meal, snack/s and beverages provided by me

  • 9am-2pm 5hrs Full postpartum support

  • This package is BEST for mums who have minimal support postpartum, partners required to work, would feel best in the company of a doula than friends or family, single mothers, new mothers, c-section mothers.

  • I will provide you with all the perks of postpartum support (as above) supporting baby, along with supporting you mentally and physically postpartum.

  • You can trust you will be held, supported and loved.

  • There is no race, no rush to achieve anything during this time, going with your flow is best.

  • I will accompany you through the whole day - inc grocery runs if required.

  • I am fully aware many families do not have the support they need or would rather not reach out to their family and friends.

    NOTE- there must be time allowed for me to nourish, set aside

(Monday - Friday) No weekends

  • This is a varied role where I will aim to support mum the best way possible

    (this is not a nanny service- I will not be responsible for any other children)

  • I will support mum with feeds, nappy changes, washes, clothes changing, clean up etc.

  • I will tend to baby if mum needs rest along with partner, staying close by for feeds if breastfeeding.

  • Nighttime bottle feeding

  • Light house duties (in the evening)

  • Light cooking (in the evening & breakfast)

  • Belly wrapping - if time permitted

  • Birth debriefs

  • Help settle baby where required (including nighttime to allow mum to rest)

  • Company for mother & family

  • C-Section births, great opportunity for your healing.

  • Brings meals and hot drinks to mum

  • Lightly entertain siblings where possible

  • Help mum with any needs within means

  • There MUST be time allocated for breaks for myself which inc meal/ snack time. There will be many restful periods to do so. All above included is always based on if time is permitted and the flow.
